River North is one of the most popular neighborhoods to live in. With the highest number of art galleries, some of the best dining options, and multiple residential buildings, River North is a desirable and highly-accessibly neighborhood to live in Chicago.

Art: River North has the largest collection of art galleries in the U.S. after Manhattan. There is also a design district with blocks of luxury interior finishes that is located just north of the Merchandise Mart. The Merchandise Mart is an enormous commercial building that takes up two city blocks.

Dining: Home of many restaurants, bars, and clubs, River North offers some of the best dining experiences in Chicago. Hubbard Street is a popular area for going out. Eataly covers 63,000 square feet of retail space, making it the largest Eataly in the U.S. after L.A.   

Accessibility: The accessibility to and from River North is unreal. Walking distance to The Loop, Streeterville, Gold Coast, West Loop make it a super convenient location. There are many train stops here as well.  The River walk can take you from River North to Lake Michigan.

Architecture: River North has some of the tallest buildings in Chicago. The Trump International Hotel and Tower is the second-largest in Chicago. All the high rises that have built built have increased the population dramatically. Most buildings are modern, with more being built as we speak. The Contemporaine, a 15-story building featuring 28 units, was awarded for outstanding architecture by the National American Institute of Architects.
